Participating in groups can be challenging for many people. In this workshop, we explore the conflict people often experience between their desire to conform to group norms in order to belong, and the human desire to express our personal truths and reveal our thoughts and opinions when they don’t fit what others are expressing. This applies in our workplaces, our families, and communities., We will look at the ways we can develop ourselves to become more effective and more satisfied team members, group participants and leaders.

  • The Wright Model of Human Development and Personal Transformation as a framework for facilitating your professional and personal development.

  • How to use the Wright Model to become a more influential and fulfilled contributor in group situations.

  • How to use the Wright Model to analyze in-the-moment, here-and-now, challenges and develop effective strategies to address these challenges.

About Your Trainer

John Davidoff, Founder and Chief Mission-Driver, Davidoff Strategy, offers more than 35 years of management, marketing, leadership development and sales experience advising Fortune 500 companies and national nonprofits, as well as the last 15 years as an entrepreneur. John's clients include AARP, Blessings in a Backpack, Muslim Legal Fund of America, Chicagoland Lutheran Education Foundation, American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, and the American Dental Association. John is the architect of Davidoff’s Mission-Driven Business Strategy methodology for enhancing organizational effectiveness and strengthening high performance cultures. John has a master’s degree in Transformational Leadership and Coaching from the Wright Graduate University for the Realization of Human Potential. He is currently studying for a doctorate in the same topic area.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed for anyone who works on a team of any size, and/or with clients or customers.

Workshop Format

The workshop is one 4-hour session, with breaks, Participants will work on their own, in small groups and as a large group.
