Join us for an evening of delightfully different cuisine, Beaver Island Brewing Co. beers and conversation with BIBCo co-founder Nick Barth.

The evening begins at 6:30pm and seats are $45 per guest (plus tax and fees). These events sell out very quickly, so invite some friends and get your tickets now!

Like all good things, Beaver Island Brewing Company was conceived over several pints after a night of home brewing. Co-Founders Nick Barth and Matt Studer share a passion for local beer and believe the best beers are the ones that everyone can relate to. Solid. Well-crafted. With a thoughtful twist. While Nick and Matt loved to brew and believed they could make pretty decent beer in a garage, they knew a production brewery might be a little out of their wheel house. So over a few more pints, the two coaxed professional brewer Chris Laumb to join the team.

BIBCo isn't just focused on brewing great beer though; it's helping to build a better community too. The founders channel the same dedication and passion they have for beer into giving back to the community that has supported them in so many ways. In short, the beer unites. LEARN MORE

Founded in May of 1975, Manea's Meats is the #1 seller of meat products in the St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids & Sartell metro area. Travis Harjes has always wanted to help his community and food has been where he's found his calling. He started Backwards Bread Baking Co. in June 2016 after noticing a need for quality wholesome fermented breads. His company uses organic un-adulterated wheat, and all of the breads are handcrafted in small batches and handled with great intention to bring the highest quality and benefit to the consumer. CHRISTINE'S SWEET CONFECTIONS
When Christine was little, her mom used to tell her "everyone has something that they're good at." And that always made Christine a little nervous, because she was pretty good at those latch-hook rug kits, and what if that was the thing she was good at and that's all she got. What her mom DIDN'T tell her is that some people have something that they're GREAT at. And for Christine, that's making cheesecake. (That sounds really braggy, but lighten up – it's cheesecake. She's not claiming to be great at world peace or curing cancer. Plus, it's true.) LEARN MORE
