Friday, January 21, 2022 - Guided Snowshoe Excursion & Gourmet Luncheon 9:30AM-2:00PM

The morning will feature a guided snowshoe tour in one of Beaver Creek's most stunning, pristine settings—the secluded Beaver Creek Nordic Sports Center and McCoy Park, home to beautiful trails and scenery. Enjoy lift access to reach McCoy Park, and arrive to trails that are peaceful and quiet. After snowshoeing through the stunning surroundings, relax at Grouse Mountain Grill, a unique slope-side restaurant and enjoy lunch prepared by Guest Chef Josh Niernberg and Grouse Mountain Grill's Executive Chef Bryan Wilson, as well as Outward Wines paired with each course.

The evening begins with an open-air sleigh ride from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain to the cozy confines of Allie’s Cabin. Guests will be greeted at the Cabin with cozy slippers and a welcome drink. All persons, event attendees and event staff (including chefs, partners, vendors, volunteers, etc.) are required to either provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (as defined by the CDC) OR provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48-hours of the event. Test must be completed by a certified organization and results from a self-administered rapid test will not be accepted. Vaccination must be completed 14 days prior to the individual event date between January 20, 2022 and January 23, 2022.

We encourage all attendees to wear face masks when not eating and drinking.

Anyone presenting symptoms on arrival or anyone that can not provide proof of vaccination (as defined by the CDC) or a negative COVID-19 test obtained through a certified organization will be denied entry and a full refund will be issued.

EVENT REGISTRATION: Registration and the arrival experience for guests at Festival venues will involve contactless digital ticket scanning, person-to-person material(s) exchange or transfer will be limited. Scanners will be sanitized regularly and only be handled by registration team members.

PPE & HAND SANITIZER: PPE (masks/face coverings, face shields, gloves, etc.) are not required, however encouraged at indoor events when not eating and drinking. Abundant hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout event venues, for both staff and guests,

HIGH TOUCH SURFACES: Sanitizing and disinfecting of surfaces, contact points and guest areas shall be ongoing during operational hours.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All ticket purchasers shall be required to opt into acknowledging adherence to Beaver Creek Winter Culinary Weekend COVID-19 Guidelines before a ticket purchase is complete. Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer language will be included on all credentials, tickets and on signage displayed at all events.

COVID-19 TESTING LOCATIONS: Beaver Creek will be proving a rapid COVID-19 testing location in the Beaver Creek Village. Individuals requiring testing will be charged $45 for a test result to show at Beaver Creek Winter Culinary Weekend events which require proof of negative COVID-19 test result. Testing will take place from 1PM-6PM daily from Thursday, January 20th through Saturday, January 22nd. Information on other local testing options can be found at the below link.
