I myself am on a life-long journey of discovering what works for me, all the while eating delicious food. I am not afraid to try things and love to learn. I’m fascinated by ancient and cultural traditions, and exotic, heirloom or heritage plants. Moreover, the quality of cultivation is very important to me, as it affects the taste and nutrient-density of a food. Not only that but it is sustainable and beneficial for the earth and its inhabitants. Sharing my passion for food, cooking and overall well-being is something I love to do."
