"What is there to do in Beaumont?"

The Beaumont Convention & Visitors Bureau's Hospitality Training is an award-winning program designed to educate and inspire a renewed sense of pride in the community. This free program consists of a half-day (8 am - 2 pm) tour of Beaumont that introduces you to the museums, history and culture of southeast Texas.

This free training program is designed for hospitality and service industry employees.

Please note: This is a professional networking tour & children are not permitted.

We ask that you register at least a week in advance and provide a 48 hour cancellation notice.

  • Time: The training begins at 8:00am and the bus leaves at 8:30 sharp. If you are running late, please contact the CVB (409) 880-3749 to let us know you are on your way. It is very important that the group stay on schedule. This is a fast-pace tour to showcase as much as Beaumont in one day as possible.

  • Parking: Park in the lot behind the Convention & Visitors Bureau Building between McFaddin and Calder Ave. Please leave the spots next to the CVB building empty for convention clients and visitors during the day.

  • Attire: Business Casual attire is requested, wear comfortable shoes for walking but please, no flip-flops.
