OUR SPEAKERS
DR PRASANNA KERUR is an Ayurvedic Consultant and Physician who has been working for the past 15 years at the Ayush Wellness Centre in Jersey, Channel Islands, United Kingdom set on the foundation of Ayurvedic healing therapies advocating and promoting balance of mind, body, and spirit. He provides specialised Ayurvedic consultations and treatments along with a dedicated team of Ayurvedic therapists.
He is also a Senior Consultant for one of the UK’s leading health care supplement company and involved currently with them in a project to bring an exclusive Ayurvedic range.
Dr Kerur has been a speaker on various International conferences in the United Kingdom, France, Malta and India and featured in various periodicals and presented radio talks on Ayurveda on All India Radio and BBC, London.
DR ANITA DUGGA is a Psychiatrist who has also studied Ayurvedic medicine in the UK and India with a special interest in the Ayurvedic understanding and approach to mental health.
AZMINA JIWA is a personal developmental trainer, Happiness Coach, an author and an international speaker. Azmina’s personal development journey started 20 years ago from feeling very unhappy, unworthy, anxious to now feeling vibrant and having zest for life. Over the last fifteen years azmina has helped hundreds of people by facilitating workshops as a licensed trainer on the book Supper Confidence by Dawn Breslin and Feel the Fear and do it anyway By Dr Susan Jeffers. 2 years ago she published her book Freedom to Be Me.

Growing her own organic fruit and vegetables she loves cooking and inventing delicious, healthy recipes that can heal and nourish. RATNA DEY-CORDUKES is an Ayurvedic Healer, Yoga Nidra Specialist, Meditation Teacher, Mental Health Facilitator and Founder of For Balance Ltd and Mental Health Boost Camp. Ratna practices with a combination of Yoga, Ayurveda and deep healing methods to empower her clients to live a life of balance. Her approach is simple and down to earth yet very effective. She works with a program Clear, Cleanse, Create that gives her good results. Ratna also runs empowering workshops, courses and cooking classes that give her audience something to ponder on and eventually act upon, way after they have left her class. Her biggest challenge yet is to get this Mental Health Boost Camp off the ground so more people can benefit. She feels it is important everyone is given an opportunity to learn how to look after themselves and their loved ones.
