Come FEAST with us!
Join the local micro-funding revolution with this FEAST event from Creative Pinellas, and enjoy delicious heavy hors d'oeuvres by Chef Scott Bebell of Guppy's on the Beach Seafood Grill & Bar, all while supporting ambitious and exciting cultural projects by these artists:
Robin Borland is seeking support for her workshop series that provides art therapy to veterans.
Chad Mize hopes to create collaborative public art murals.
Tiffany Razzano plans to publish the second volume of her Wordier Than Thou magazine.
Ryan Swanson wants to bring The Urban Conga’s musical Color Code Bench to Pinellas County.
Read more about their projects here.
All FEAST proceeds directly benefit Pinellas County artists, and your $20 ticket comes with tokens allowing you to vote on how we distribute money raised that evening. Listen to pitches from intriguing area artists while you dine, and then vote on your favorites.
6:30 p.m. Food tasting and cocktail reception
7:00 p.m. Artist presentations begin
FEAST is one in a series of Creative Pinellas programs that present a new way of thinking about supporting the area’s arts community. By making well-directed cultural investments, FEAST is positioned to create a large impact with small dollar amounts.
Paper and mobile tickets will be accepted at the door, where a check-in list will also be available. Ticket refunds will not be provided.
This event is supported in part by our media sponsor, Creative Loafing.
