Description

Shred & Trim Fitness presents to you: “Body Fitness Camp”. This 6-week fitness camp consist of two 60 minute daily workout sessions, 5 times per week. These workouts are designed to sculpt your body, strengthen your core and build muscle in your lower body.

Build your body with a N.E.S.T.A. trained professional

  • Sessions will be held at 6AM and 6PM

  • Registration Ends May 26th

  • Required: Beach Socks, Yoga/Workout mat

  • Included: Meal Prep Help/Daily Meal Monitoring

Weekly trainings will be conducted at a different Southern California Beach every week, different daily locations with various daily workouts. The benefit of these sand blasting workouts includes the following:

1) Sand constantly changes, causing various muscles to be worked.

2) Pressure from the heat and sand protects and relaxes muscles.

3) Study has shown sand workouts to be easier on the joints and therapeutic.

4) You burn 1.6 times as many calories for the effort of sand workouts.

5) Sand workouts offer resistance which stretches the muscles during workouts.
