Youth grades 4 – 12 in the FREE be well Block Captain Program learn to promote healthy living in their community and school and amongst family, friends, and peers. Youth who complete the training are recognized at the January 2019 be well Awards & Community Celebration!

Session Times & Dates: Thursdays 6-8:00p (5:30-6p optional dinners) on Nov 1, 8, 15, 29 & Dec 6, 13
Novemeber 1 Orientation Location: The Foundation for Sustainable Urban Communities Office @ 7350 E. 29th Ave, Denver, CO 80238
Youth who complete the training can also apply to be a member of the be well Youth Council that works on projects to promote health in their community & school.
All youth grades 4-12 are welcome while youth who live or go to school in the be well Zone get priority: NE Park Hill, Greater Park Hill, Stapleton, E Montclair, NW Aurora & Montbello.
