At the Be WELL Expo, you can chat with traditional, complementary and alternative health providers and practitioners. There will be seminars and trainings as you learn about some of the natural and holistic ways to boost health. Discover new resources to GET MORE CONTROL of your own health and wellness.

There will be GIVE-AWAYS from the participating vendors. We also have a virtual prize "adoption" of a baby bison or a baby bumblebee from the World Wildlife Federation. Grandparents and parents can sign up for that prize and the winner can gift it to their child or grandchild!

Entrance is free, but we are requesting that you bring either a monetary donation (suggested - $1-2 per attendee) for The UNITED WAY or a non-perishable food item from each attendee for the EASTERN OKLAHOMA FOOD BANK. Any donation is appreciated and 100% goes directly to the organizations.
