About this Event
We all know how important hydration is to performance so we wanted to create a way to educate and inspire more runners to hydrate properly for their training and life in general. Read about the challenge below!

What you get...
This is a 4 week challenge to get your hydration game where it can and should be in a short period of time. The goal is to gradually introduce drinking more water week over week while educating you along the way and holding you accountable.
You'll receive:
- Bi-weekly emails from On Pace Wellness founder and nutritionist, Will Benitez to teach you about how and why hydration is so important.
- An intake tracker specific to you to keep you motivated and allow you to track your progress over the 4 weeks.
- Specific hydration goals to reach every week.
- Pre and post challenge survey's to track success.
- Text access to coaches Will and Scott Jones of Becoming Ultra.
When:
This challenge begins on April 5th. Registration will be open until 2 pm on April 4th.
