Learn how effective these ancient Hanmi Buddhist meditations can be

Participants will receive the complete teachings of two of the Hanmi Buddhist Foundations for Self-Realization meditations, and learn how to integrate these meditations and practices into their daily lives. All are welcome.
The class will meet on Tuesdays from 10am-11:30 am. Virtual option available -- via phone for those who have already taken the course, and via computer for those who have not. A gmail account is necessary for the computer option. Linking information will arrive after you have registered.
