Event Details

A training hosted by End Slavery Tennessee to equip you to “empower young men to end sexual exploitation.

To decrease violence against women, we recognize we can no longer solely engage women in conversation and activism. Men are responsible for the vast majority of violence against women, although we know that those perpetrators are only a small subset of the male population, as a whole. Stand with us, and other local men, who are committed to raising awareness about the importance of respecting women and halting the epidemic that is human trafficking. Be a role model. Raise your voice.

This unique training opportunity will be held in our brand new office at 50 Vantage Way, Ste.255, Nashville, and will be conducted by Caleb Probst from The Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation. The curriculum Probst will be presenting is now receiving national attention for the innovative way in which it engages young people—especially young men—in a conversation about ending sexual violence and exploitation. For a sneak peak at the curriculum, visit http://g.virbcdn.com/_f/files/54/FileItem-149405-CAASEcurriculum1_19.pdf.

As community leaders, church members, mentors to young men, and ESTN volunteers and presenters, this event is something that you don’t want to miss. This event is open to all interested men; please register on this site, as an attendee, to confirm your place for this event. And, the best part… Five Points Pizza (jsut voted Best of Pizza in Nashville, by the Nashville Scene) has graciously agreed to donate lunch for all participants. Participants should be aware this event will be filmed.

End Slavery Tennessee

Our Mission

The mission of End Slavery Tennessee is to create a slave-free Tennessee and holistically restore survivors of human trafficking.

Our Vision

End Slavery Tennessee works to provide victims and their advocates a single point of contact to in-house services and service providers that restore victims to wholeness. We also work to make systemic changes that create a culture of freedom in our state.

 Training & Education

Each year, we speak to schools, civic groups, professional organizations, faith-based communities and other venues. Wherever we tell about human trafficking right here in our own backyards, people say, “I had no idea.” By increasing awareness, we reduce, bit-by-bit, the freedom traffickers have to operate here.
