Be the Jam- Stop Demand
Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)
A training hosted by End Slavery Tennessee to equip you to “empower young men to end sexual exploitation.
To decrease violence against women, we recognize we can no longer solely engage women in conversation and activism. Men are responsible for the vast majority of violence against women, although we know that those perpetrators are only a small subset of the male population, as a whole. Stand with us, and other local men, who are committed to raising awareness about the importance of respecting women and halting the epidemic that is human trafficking. Be a role model. Raise your voice.
This unique training opportunity will be held in our brand new office at 50 Vantage Way, Ste.255, Nashville, and will be conducted by Caleb Probst from The Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation. The curriculum Probst will be presenting is now receiving national attention for the innovative way in which it engages young people—especially young men—in a conversation about ending sexual violence and exploitation.
