Description

Every leader wants to be a change agent for their organization. However, few are actually able to do it. This course will arm you, as a leader, with the tools necessary to understand and change your current organizational culture; and will help you understand the best use of your limited time toward being a change agent.

Who should take this course: Those in a leadership position or desiring to be in leadership. Note that a key attribute of an effective leader is the ability to make positive, effective and sustainable changes within their organization.

Course size: The course will be limited to the first 20 respondents.

Course Summary: In this course you’ll learn:

Concepts key to understanding the current state of your organization’s culture
Phases of organizational change
Key catalysts for successful and sustainable change
Roll-out strategies and timelines
Keys to sustainable change for organizational development and growth

Course Outputs: Through the course workshops you’ll develop:

A cultural assessment - You’ll grade the current state of your organization’s culture in terms specific to your organization.
Business Plan for Change - This plan will include:
üDefining the opportunity (i.e., the cost to the organization by not changing)
üValue of the change (in saved $ and time, people development, and case studies on your own products and processes)
üRoll-out Strategy
üCost (in $ and resource commitment)
üSchedule of roll-out
Self-assessment – Understand the strengths and weaknesses of you personally toward being an effective change agent.

Mr. Martz is a speaker, program manager, author , trainer, engineer, and facilitator. He has taught Six Sigma courses, seminars and workshops in seven countries on 3 continents. His high quality, high content courses are well researched and backed with a wide variety of examples that he pulls from his 28 years of experience. He has taught these concepts at the Applied Reliability Symposium and the Warranty Chain Management Conference.
