Social workers, therapists, and other human services professionals encounter conflict on a daily basis, which can create discomfort both personally and professionally. Effective conflict resolution is grounded in empowerment, self-determination, non-judgment, and social justice. When conflict is managed effectively, human service providers create opportunities for hope, healing, and stronger relationships.
7.5 hours (0.75 units) of CEU credit via Western Carolina University included in registration fee for licensed professionals.
You will leave this workshop with:
- A greater understanding of how your personal approach to conflict influences your professional approach
