Event description

Description

presented by JPMorgan Chase Foundation.

Are you a woman entrepreneur of color looking to take your company to the next level? Do you support women of color in their entrepreneurial pursuits?

Are you ready to BE SEEN in the St. Louis entrepreneurship community (and beyond!)?

The Be Seen event will empower and celebrate women entrepreneurs of color through connections, resources, inspiration and investment. And we want to see YOU there!

This brunch event will include keynote speaker Rica Elysee, founder & CEO of BeautyLynk, break-out sessions and mentoring opportunities by subject matter experts and members of the St. Louis entrepreneurship ecosystem. The event will culminate with an elevator pitch competition*, reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel of judges from the St. Louis investment community.

The Be Seen event is organized in a joint collaboration between Brazen St. Louis, The Balsa Foundation, DK Solutions and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis and is presented by JPMorgan Chase Foundation.

Any entrepreneur who identifies as a woman is invited to attend.

*Entrepreneurs who are interested in participating in the pitch competition must be nominated by one of our partner organizations: Better Family Life, Connections to Success, Justine Petersen, Grace Hill, Mosaic Ceiling, BioStL, ITEN, Arch Grants, International Institute, St. Louis Partnership, Washington University, Saint Louis University, Maryville University, UMSL, Webster University, St. Louis Community College, Fontbonne University, Harris Stowe University, Lindenwood University
