Be Radiant. Practice self care with a day retreat full of yoga, massage and yummy foods. We will experience yoga and meditation, cranial massage and raw food recipes to Be Radiant. You will feel lighter, taller and radiant to prepare for spring. Join Paige Common of Eatin' Alive, Rebecca Macy LPC RYT of Art of Balance and Kailyn Knight LMT to radiate into spring.

Rebecca Macy LPC RYT, Mental Health Counselor and Yoga Instructor at The Art of Balance, focuses on yoga + nature + counsleing. Rebecca offers counseling outdoors and incorporates yoga into her healing practice. Many of her classes offer healing for caregivers and wellness practicioners.
Paige Common, Chef and Creator at Eatin' Alive, distributes her goods to local grocers, farmers markets and boutique vendors. Paige teaches classes and hosts retreats on nourishment and raw food preparation. Paige also caters small events and yoga retreats.
Kailyn Knight LMT practices modalities from Shiatsu, Acupressure, Myofacial Release and Swedish massage. Kailyn practices massage and works as a Chiropractor Assistant at Pure Life Clinic. Kailyn is a healthcare activist creating access to low-income community through the Seasonal Wellness Clinic.
