Learn through eating at Be Our Guest. We will demonstrate and serve you some of our favorite recipes, share the stories behind their creation and offer our entertaining tips and tricks for successful dinner parties.
Attendance is limited to twelve, and you will be served a full meal.
December's menu includes salted avocado with marjoram vinaigrette, pistachio and herb couscous salad, lamb and chickpea stew, harissa and caramel oranges.
This is a three hour event cooked and served by Christopher Kimball's Milk Street. If you prefer a hands-on cooking class, please sign up for Milk Street Menu which features the same recipes. Recipes for both Be Our Guest and Milk Street Menu change seasonally.
What is the maximum number of students in class?
Different classes have different student/participant caps. Here are general guidelines for maximum student capacity:
- Hands-on cooking classes: 16
- Taste of Milk Street: 30
- Milk Street Sessions: 50
- Be Our Guest: 12
- Free monthly tour: 10

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. All students must be 18+ years old. Students 14-17 years old are welcome to participate with an adult guardian or parent.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Is my registration/ticket refundable or transferrable?
Yes. Tickets are refundable up to seven days before an event and transferable to another student at any time. Within seven days of the event, we do not offer refunds.
