About this Event
Our evening will be an opportunity to learn more about Tina and her Be Kind movement. Be Kind educates communities about disability inclusion.
Following Tina's introduction and sharing about Be Kind, Stephanie will share more about the Yama's and Niyamas-the base of yoga and how it supports the Be Kind movement.
The event includes a unique Be Kind bracelet, shown in the picture that we will use to enjoy a special meditation and to learn how to use Mala Bracelets.
A portion of these proceeds will go to support a local family that needs our support.
