Attention Veterans (of all eras), spouses and family members of Veterans
Come learn about the variety of services and benefits available to Veterans, spouses and dependents offered through the VA, other government agencies and local community service organizations. We will discuss benefits and services related to housing, employment, education, medical, dental, burial and pension. You will learn the processes used in connecting with VA benefits earned as a result of military service and receive applications for accessing these earned benefits. This information will be relevant to all Veterans, spouses or dependents of Veterans, regardless of when the Veteran served.

PRESENTER: Rich Garmong, Business Outreach Coordinator, King County Veterans Program
Rich is a retired Veteran with 27 years of military service where he served in the US Coast Guard, the US Army and the Washington Army National Guard. He is a combat Veteran, serving in SW Asia from 2004 to 2005. He has worked in human resources for over 25 years as a Military Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Employment Transition Coach, and business outreach coordinator. Rich has been trained as a Labor and Employment Specialist. He is an American Legion Service officer and a trained ESGR Volunteer. He is a life member of the American Legion, the VFW, and the DAV.
