Description

A four week introduction to meditation course that has been designed to encourage you to wake up to your life, exactly as it is. You will learn formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices, we will debunk myths about meditation, learn how meditation affects your brain and body, have time for Q + A and reflection. We will explore self compassion, managing stress and practicing self care in a way that is unique to you so that you can carry on these practices in an accessible way. You'll also be given guided meditation recordings that you can use in your daily life, tools and resources to support ongoing learning and access to a private Facebook group for participants to share insights and keep the conversation of mindfulness meditation alive.
