CRM development is the lifeblood of a well-functioning organization. Properly implemented CRM’s allow Congressional staffers to prioritize inbound inquiries, manage outbound communications, understand their constituents, and stay organized on a daily basis. However, there are several CRM’s for Congressional offices to choose from, and countless best practices to increase efficiency. HillSDK aims to train your office on choosing the best CRM for your workflow and general advice for managing inbound inquiries.

We will overview:

- Existing institutional barriers to quality CRM implementation
- Transferrable CRM best practices from private industry
- How to enable change in your office

The session will break out into smaller working groups, where you’ll leverage HillSDK’s expertise and colleagues from the Hill to further identify pain points and become an agent of change. The session will conclude with presentations from each working group and a brief assessment of knowledge transfer.
