PUTTING IMPACT AT THE CENTER

Fundraising should be an extension of your overall organizational strategy. This session, led by Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies, will help you contextualize your organization's role in driving change and set the foundation for you to articulate and message your impact and theory of change to prospective funders and partners. You'll have the opportunity to connect with your peer nonprofits, explore how your network of nonprofits is collectively working towards systems change, and identify your organization's unique value proposition.

You will be working in groups for this session and will be asked to identify which issue you'd like to work on when registering for this session. The issues/categories tackled in this session are Heath and Human Services, Community Improvement, and Arts & Culture. If your organization doesn't technically fall into one of these categories, consider which one touches your mission enough that you could gain insights from the session. Some suggestions are:

  •  Health & Human Services
    • Housing/Shelter
    • Mental Health
    • Public Safety
    • Food & Agriculture
    • Animals
  • Community Improvement
    • Civil Rights & Advocacy
    • Recreation
    • Philanthropy
    • Economic Development
    • Public Safety
    • Environment
    • Animals
  • Arts & Culture

Please note: If you are looking for Education/Youth Development, it is slated for the morning session and Arts & Culture will not be available in the morning.

Recommended for:  Executive Directors, Team Captains, or Development Directors.
