In hour one of this two hour session we will tackle the subject of board engagement.  A presentation, followed by an interactive exercise and a panel of board members will provide insights into how to successfully engage your board not only with fundraising and Big Day of Giving, but in all your organization's efforts. 

In hour two, a panel of board members and executive directors will engage in an dialogue about the sucessess and challenges of board service, fundraising, and board/staff alignment. 

Recommended for: To participate fully in this session, you will need to have a board member accompany you to this session.  To that end, this session should be attended by 1 board member and 1 staff member (preferably your Executive Director or other Dev Staff).
