The purpose of this master class is to create a customised BD blueprint that’s highly actionable for you in order to achieve your revenue objectives. Theory is interesting, but that is not what is going to grow your business. At the end of this workshop you will have a custom BD blueprint that will serve as a compass to set your BD course and keep you on track.

We will support you in the following areas:

• Set an achievable stretch revenue target

• Populate your opportunity pipeline

• Provide feedback on your current BD presentation materials

• Identify and prioritise high value BD activities to acquire new clients

• Determine a baseline of BD activity required to achieve desired business outcomes

BD Master Class #2: Secrets to Conducting Client-centric Meetings (Thursday, 7 December (9.00 AM – 12 Noon)

The purpose of this master class is to share with you the secrets to help you turn coffee conversations with potential (and existing) clients into commercial outcomes more rapidly. At the end of this workshop you will have a practical business development toolkit to help you plan and execute more effective client meetings that advance client relationships and opportunities.

• How to engage clients and gain commitments

• How to start the meeting before the meeting starts
