Dear BCOC Family and Friends,
Welcome to The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort! We hope you're refreshed, revitalized, and looking forward to having a great time during the upcoming 2023 Symposium & Annual Meeting.
Ellen Massabz, our Group Rooms Coordinator, will be happy to assist with room reservation needs. She is looking forward to helping make our event a complete success. We understand that all attendees will make their own reservations, but Ms. Massabz is available to help if needed to make the process as effortless as possible.
We have a great electronic tool for your attendees to book their reservations online. This link will direct your attendees to the Westin reservations website, which has been customized to reflect the room availability and rates during the BCOC event.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The web address shown above should be shared with your attendees to ensure that they have access to the group rate. Also, if you wish to provide your guests with the option of phone reservations, please use the following dedicated Group Reservations phone numbers in order to make sure guests are able to access special block rates and ensure they book within the block.

The group rate will be available until Monday June 5th, 2023 (Based on block availability)
By this date we will discuss the release of any unused rooms not covered by a rooming list or individual names. After this date, we will still accept reservations based on hotel availability.
