 Welcome to The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort!  We hope this letter finds you refreshed and revitalized and look forward to welcoming  BCOC Annual Conference 2021.

***We will be planning our conference according to CDC guidelines to promote safety as it pertains the prevention of the spread of COVID-19***

 As your Group Rooms Coordinator, I will be taking care of your room reservation needs and I look forward to assisting you in making your event a complete success. I understand that your attendees will be making their own reservations and I look forward to assisting in making their experience as effortless as possible! We have a great Electronic tool for your attendees to book their reservations online. This link will direct your attendees to the Westin reservations website, which has been customized to reflect your program’s room availability and rates.   

Please publish this information as well as our Reservations number 888-627-7108 in your publications, registration forms, or any communication you choose and your attendees can use it to enjoy the fine service offered by our specialized reservations staff. 

 Just as a reminder, the group rate will be available until June 7th, 2021; by this date we will discuss the release of any unused rooms not covered by a rooming list or individual names. After this date, we will still accept reservations based on hotel availability.

My office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM until 4:30PM, and my direct line is 954-245-3073.  If your need is urgent, and by any chance I am not immediately available, please feel free to contact your event manager. If I can be of any assistance, please feel free to contact me.
