At our event, you will enjoy culinary samples paired with wine & spirits from respectable restaurants, caterers, winemakers, spirit distributors and outlets from around the world. More than 50 distinguished and rising talents will unveil the latest trends in food and wine. As a sneak preview, here are just a few of the exhibitors that will be present:

Hush Bistro

Mere Violas

First Republic Lounge & Restaurant

Solomon & Kuff

Brooklyn Bell

The Morgan Library c/o Restaurant Associates

Crowne Plaza Hotel

Cornbread & Caviar Inc

You will be surprised to discover a wide range of unique and delightful artists who will be at the event to serve you their most tasteful and creative dish.

By attending our event, not only will you be exposed to the finest cuisines and drinks, you will also be part of the collective effort to build diversity in the culinary arts and hospitality. The world now has the luxury of enjoying unique and creative cuisines inspired by various cultures thanks to the passionate professionals from all backgrounds who bring every element of who they are into their menu.

This year one estimable professional would be the recipient of our Vision in Wine award: George Carbonell from Empire Merchants, a New Yorker and has been serving as a role model in the  wine and spirits industry. He deserves to be honored for empowering young, aspirational professionals of color by his leadership.

BCA Global is dedicated to celebrating and advancing such diversity in food, wine and hospitality industry and nurturing these talents – across all ethnicities, cultures and genders - to achieve their fullest potential. We also support unique passions of those who are committed to improving consumption of healthy and organic food.  Please feel free to check out our programs which impact tomorrow’s diverse talent in the largest industry in the nation here.

We are one of very few nonprofits in the world that advocates for diversity in this food industry we all can’t live without. So please come join us with your favorite food buddies and eat and drink merrily for a darn good cause!
