At BB&R, we believe the health of the mind is equally as important as the health of the body. And the best way to keep our minds healthy is with a regular mindfulness practice through meditation. Meditation is an effective treatment for stress, worry, anxiety, lack of focus, addiction, relationships and so much more. Our lives are greatly enhanced in every way with meditation. And now there are scientific studies conducted by neuroscientists that tell us that a regular meditation practice physically changes our brain by creating new pathways and the relentless chatter in our heads can go from chaotic to calm. End your day with mindfulness. If you already have a meditation practice, or you want to start one now, join us once a week for a brief inspirational teaching and a ten minute meditation. Taking a pause from our busy lives is the best thing we can do to care for ourselves.
