BBQ Wine Dinner

Summertime and the sipping's easy! At least it will be if you join us for a five-course dinner of food and wine pairings to welcome the return of summer. To really pile on the flavor, each dish will be paired with bottles from Napa Valley's Jax Vineyard! So ask yourself, are you stocked up for summer holidays and get togethers? Not sure what wines pair best with your favorite grilled dishes? Looking for some great bottles to enjoy as you lounge on the patio or next to the pool? If you said yes to any - or all - of those questions, this is the event for you!

Joining us once again will be none other than Shannon Behnen, certified wine sommelier, who be bringing some grilling essentials! No, not burgers and buns... wine! Shannon represents the wine portfolio of Vintegrity Wines and will be bringing the whites, reds, and maybe even a little rosé, too!

We'll ALSO be welcoming a very special guest: Honor Chervin, the national sales manager from Jax Vineyards! After graduating from UC Berkeley, Honor has built a stellar track record across all verticals of the wine industry from distribution to the supply side. Based in Southern California, Honor is taking charge of our Southern California market and beyond, bringing her LA vibes and love for Chardonnay along for the ride. And now, she's bringing her knowledge, experience, and some incredible Napa Valley wine to share with you!!

And while Honor tells you all about the vineyard and their portfolio of wines, the team here at Vom Fass will be working hard grilling up the perfect pairings! So be sure to come hungry, thirsty, and ready for a whole lot of flavor!!

Tickets from all this fun and flavor are just $50/person, which is a amazing price considering the quality of these wines. Do keep in mind that space is limited! There's only so much room on the grill, and we want to make sure attendees get the most out of their evening with our special guest. Thus, we're limiting this event to just 24 people. Note: If you'd like to be seated with another group who has signed up separately, we'd be grateful if you inform us a day or two prior to the event. This really helps us out when it comes to planning the seating arraignment.

Refund Policy: If notified 72 hours or more before the event we are happy to provide guests with a full refund of your ticket price (Eventbrite will not refund any fees). If you should need to cancel in less than 72 hours, we can either roll your tickets over into a different event or offer you a store credit for the ticket price (which will not include Eventbrite fees).
