Come and learn how to make competition level pork butts and pork ribs following KCBS & GBA rules. This is a hands on class where you will learn from start to finsh. Starting with fire and smoke control, marinated, injections, sauces, rubs, cooking time, and the finished product. You will leave with all of your meats cooked during the class.
Breakfast will be served from 8am to 8:30am
Lunch will be provided from 12:00 to 12:30 pm
This class will be taught by Lonnie Smith owner of Bubba Grills, and he will be providing Bubba Grills for the class. Also included is rubs, marinates, and sauce for the class. Recipes will be provide and everyone will leave with a SWAG bag full of goodies.
