For our last BBQ of the season, we are bringing it back to our roots and having a winner blowout with chef Sam Mason. Besides being the host of Dinner With The Band and after making a name for himself at avant-garde wd~50 and Tailor, he progressively took over Brooklyn, with an awesome dive bar, a mythical mayonnaise brand and the unique ice-cream shop OddFellows Ice Cream Co, now also present in the East Village.
On November 11 at Good Co. our regular Blow Out HQ, chef Sam will prepare another awesome, mythical and unique mix of pork belly, miso butterscotch, chicken pot pie, whiskey braised artichokes, fall veggies and cobbler with ice cream.
Our friends at Caleb’s Kola will also provide fresh, craft drinks for all the quality soda fans and nostalgic out there. As always, the feast will be served with a side of tasty beats, with a DJ set by the delicious Turing Machine.
