Martin Sher founded AmSher with his brother, David, in 1986. Martin is a past President of ACA International and has served on their Board of Directors for over 20 years. During his service with ACA, Martin authored their "Collector's Pledge," adopted and signed by thousands of collections professionals around the nation. The Collector's Pledge - to treat consumers with dignity and respect, help consumers find ways to pay their just debts, and be professional and ethical - reflects Martin's commitment to promoting compassion and ethical practices in the collections industry.

AmSher is an international collections agency headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. AmSher boasts a compassionate culture that they attribute to their 30+ years of success in the industry.
