Bayou City Outdoors Holiday Party
December 21, 2016 - 7-10 PM
2303 Smith St #300,
Houston, TX 77006
Jingle all the way to 3rd Floor for BCO's Holiday Party. Skip the shopping tonight, step away from the computer and come hang out with your BCO buds. In true BCO fashion, you can also help out one of our favorite local organizations, Friends For Life by either bringing supplies such as dog & cat bedding, food, toys, paper towels or stopping by the donation jar for cash and checks (please make your check out to Friends for Life). http://www.friends4life.org/
If you don’t want to carry your dog and cat goodies to the party we will have a Santa helper on site to gather your goodies and put them in the donation truck (AKA Kelly’s Honda).
See you there - we have most of the place to ourselves
and 3rd Floor has great food, drink (full bar) and amazing Houston skyline views!
PARKING: Beware, we are venturing into Midtown with all the joys that parking brings…there is valet parking in the lot for $7. There is free street parking after 6:00pm, keep in mind, you are jockeying for the street parking with the valets. They are ruthless :) There are also a couple of street lots on Louisiana and Smith. Just show up a little early, plan on taking a little time if you need it and parking like we really do live in the 4th largest city in the country and then join us upstairs for a beverage – it will be fun!
About our selected charity:
Friends For Life is the fastest growing No Kill animal adoption and rescue organization in Houston, dedicated to offering No Kill solutions to the animals of Houston and the people who want to help them. Their programs include rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, humane education and animal food/supply support.

When & Where
Bayou City Outdoors
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Typically most BCO events are for adults. But, we do love kids. If you believe your child is capable of keeping up with the group, no problem. AND if this is a bike ride they MUST wear a helmet. Questions? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We add parking details to the Event descriptions.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
If the temperature is above 80 or it very clearly says "No Dogs" then please don't bring your dog. We LOVE dogs and only make this rule if we feel there could be a safety concern (for the dogs of course:).
BIKE: If it is a bike ride: Bring a helmet or borrow one from us. Helmets are the single most important piece of gear you can have on a bike ride. Anyway, any time you are wearing a helmet you must be having fun!
Bring water. Frequently our events are in the woods or out of the way. Water is important.
HIKE: If it is a hiking event wear comfortable shoes. Athletic shoes, hiking boots, running shoes, just be sure your feet will be happy.
SOCIAL: If it is a social event? Wear whatever YOU feel comfortable in. We are an eclectic mix of people with all types of interests and jobs. People will come straight from work in a suit or jeans, straight from running or working out, and some of us even come cleaned up straight from the shower! (and everything in between)
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Can I update my registration information?
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Printed ticket or download the EventBright app and bring it on your phone.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds up until 48 hours before. Or, better yet, get some goodwill by sharing your ticket with a friend. They will love you even more after all the fun they had at the BCO event!
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes - see love & friendship above!
