Description

Historic Reenactment of the famous Battle of Mudsock and the Trial of Hamp West that became part of the City of Fishers, Indiana legacy. Screenplay written by Robert Bowling, of The Fishers Police Department, and Directed by Ashton Wolf of Nickle Plate Players / Ashton Wolf Productions, this reenactment covers the history of how the Battle of Mudsock occured in a saloon brawl that resulted in multiple injuries and death causing the trial of Hamp West. Narrated by David Heighway, a renown Fishers Historian, you get to hear the recounts of the event while witnessing the saloon fights and ultimate trial. All proceeds of this historic reenactment go to the Fishers Police Foundation and The Historic Ambassador House & Heritage Gardens. Please join us as we celebrate our second year of production and celebrate the history of Fishers, IN.
