Workforce development expert Ramsay Stevens believes they can.
He is director of an innovative financial resources program sponsored by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers that shows union contractors and their partners how to create sustainable and financially viable real estate and energy projects.
He'll speak on how union engagement can help communities embrace smart energy policies.
