Online Course + Exam
This Food Safety Managers Online Course is an 8-10 hour in-depth food safety course for food managers. The Food Managers ServSafe® Examination must be proctored in person at a pre-scheduled open proctoring session or the exam portion of one of our Live Instructor-led Food Safety Classes. On the day of this event, attend the exam portion of the day only; please arrive promptly at 3:30 pm.

Food Manager Examination Only
The Food Manager Certification requires the completion of the CFM or CFPM examination with a passing score. ATC Food Safety offers a proctored ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification after any public class. Arrive at 3:30 PM for the exam OR choose to test at a testing center for the CFM or CFMP with an NRFSP Exam pre-paid exam voucher.

PUBLIC SERVSAFE WORKSHOP: Baton Rouge, LA Manager Food Safety Class & Exam 


This Baton Rouge Manager Food Safety Workshop will prepare you to take the Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. Only ANSI accredited material and examination meeting state requirements are provided.


The Workshop includes the instructional class and an examination. The examination may be taken electronically (online) or on paper (scantron) but cannot be taken without a proctor present. If you choose the online class, you will still need to come to our location for the exam. Please arrive at 3:20 for the exam.


The Exam is an Electonic Exam, you must bring a laptop, tablet or smartphone to take the test. The results are instant and proof of passing score is available the same day. Pen & paper (scantron) exams are available, results can take up to 3 weeks to process and additional processing fees apply. The Online Course is a food safety managers course for the food manager. Please, allow 8-10 hours to complete the online course which can be done from the comfort of your home or office. The Online course does not have to be done all in one sitting but should be completed by the exam date you register for.


 The Baton Rouge Food Safety workshop East Baton Rouge Parish runs from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
