Due to COVID-19, the current restrictions on public gatherings, and the uncertainty of what the next few months will bring, we are planning to postpone the 2020 Bastrop Music Festival and are working on a backup plan.

All tickets that have been purchased will remain valid. If you’re not able to attend because you have a conflict with potential new dates, the tickets will be transferable to someone else, or you can request a refund at that time.

Will I receive tickets in the mail, or do I pick them up?

Tickets will not be shipped. Instead, each attendee will receive a wristband which can be picked up at the festival box office (the box office will be open throughout the festival, starting Thursday, May 14). The person who paid for the passes will need to present a government issued picture I.D. (driver’s license, passport). Your online receipt is helpful, but not required. If multiple passes were ordered at the same time, only the person who bought the tickets needs to be present to pick up the wristbands.
