Bass Lake Live - Dinner & Music (Dakota Crossing)

Celebrate Summer at Bass Lake! Come enjoy the sight and sounds of Bass Lake! Join us for a lakefront dinner and music, held at lakefront Gazebo Deck.

IMPORTANT: All the proceeds from the admissions will go directly to those who have suffered damage and destruction of homes in the Oak Fire.

Doors open @ 6:30pm | Music starts @ 7pm | End Time @ 10pm

SEAT PURCHASE:

• Table Seating on the Upper Deck, is under our shaded outdoor tent, with a beautiful view of the lake. Tables are shared.
• Companion tickets for children age 2 and under are available as “Add-on” and are complimentary if they do not take up a seat and stay in the carrier or stroller. If you wish to have a seat at the table for your child – please purchase a “child ticket”, regardless of age
• Please practice current CDC guidelines regardless to the COVID-19

TICKETS:

We are offering two ticket types for the event CONCERT only & CONCERT & DINNER:

PREMIUM SEATING (near the stage and water)

• Concert only: ADULT (13+): $12+fees | CHILD (3-12): $5+fees
• Concert & Dinner: ADULT (13+): $45+fees+tax | CHILD (3-12): $25+fees+tax

BASIC SEATING (closer to the Bar and Buffet)

• Concert only: ADULT (13+): $10+fees | CHILD (3-12): $5+fees
• Concert & Dinner: ADULT (13+): $40+fees+tax | CHILD (3-12): $25+fees+tax

FOOD & BEVERAGE:

• Full Bar (available for purchase)
• BBQ Dinner Buffet available for purchase online: Tri-Tip, Chicken, Pork Ribs, Italian Sausage | Caesar Salad, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw | Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob, Corn Muffins, Butter and of course BBQ sauce | Chef's choice Dessert
• No outside food or beverage will be allowed into the venue. EXCEPT for wine or champagne, where a $15.00 corkage fee will incur.

CANCELLATIONS / TRANSFERS / REFUNDS:

Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the event. Ticket price will be automatically refunded to the original payment source (paypal or credit card). Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

Ticket purchaser will be required to complete the transfer on their own. Event organizer will NOT process any transfers or refunds.

Registration (name changes) and event transfers are subject to $5 processing fee (per ticket) and may also result in an additional cost charge, as a result of difference in ticket cost.

In a very rare case that the event cancellation will be initiated by the band or the Pines Resort (emergencies only), guests will be issued a full refund, including eventbrite processing fees.

Please DO NOT try to purchase tickets from people you do not know to avoid getting scammed. Feel free to verify registration by contacting us before agreeing to purchase. All changes must be completed online prior to the event.
