Description

You say tomato, I say tomahto! Well, don't call the whole thing off! Join us for a fun class that covers the basics of canning tomatoes and tomato products (salsas/sauces) while exploring the art & science of home food preservation and canning.


This is the 4th class in our August home food preservation series. All classes will include lecture, demonstration and "hands-on" time in the kitchen. Each participant will receive recipes and step-by-step instruction.

With the purchase of one full priced ticket participants will receive a $5 discount code to attend any other class in the series (listed below).
