Basic Tax and Accounts For Small and Micro Businesses
Tue, October 18, 2016, 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM BST
Are you worried about HMRC compliance? Do you ask yourself: what am I required to report and how do I keep my books? Do you feel like you are drowning in the administrative side of running a business rather than focusing on being an entrepreneur? If so then this FREE event is for you.
The event is aimed at small and micro owner managed businesses including new start-ups. If you are thinking of starting a business but haven’t yet taken the plunge then this is also likely to benefit you.
Syeda Sadiq Chartered Accountants will be presenting information on basic record keeping and HMRC compliance. We’ll be offering tips on how to keep things running smoothly. This event can help you get organised. Whether you love pen and paper or are keen on software to manage your tax and accounts, there will be tips and pointers for you.
We’ll also be talking about the types of expenses you can claim as a tax deduction, and we hope to offer some basic payroll and CIS compliance tips too. Plus there’ll be the opportunity to ask questions of a local Chartered Accountant, followed by an opportunity to network with other small business owners.
Registration begins at 9.15am for a 9.30am start on 18th October 2016 at Luton Central Library 3rd Floor Conference Room 1 and 2.
