Electric Motor Basics (Dates include April 4th, June 20th, Sept. 19th, and Nov. 14th)
This presentation is designed to cover the basics of the electric motors to include the history and an overview of electricity. Motor components, types and specifications are covered as well as nameplate data. Installation issues and basic motor maintenance with failure methods will also be covered.
Who should attend:
Anybody looking for an entry level understanding of what an electric motor is, how it works, and how to care for it. Sales, Maintenance, Purchasing, Machine Operators.
Requirements to attend:
None, but basic electricity is helpful.
Lunch, refreshments, and snacks are included each day.

Training will be held at Horner APG: 59 S. State Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46201. Parking is across the street and the gate code is: 5309
How long will the training last each day?
The training will go from 9 am ET to 4 PM ET each day.
