  • think outside of the box when solving artistic challenges or problems

Expectations of Students:

  • The goal of this mini camp is for each Student to initiate an original art journal (AJ) by applying the knowledge and techniques learned in this workshop to selected pages.

  • Each Student’s journal will be unique - it will display the Student's own preferences – therefore, each AJ will be different.

  • Attend both workshop sessions, review sample AJs, optional (complete optional Open / Play Time), and complete all workshop activities.

  • Have fun!

Take Away:

Students will leave the mini camp with their unique art journal (AJ). Their AJ will contain pages

that are ‘prepped’, that is, prepared for future inserts, additional embellishments, and

photographs, as desired.

Tardiness / Missed Session:

There is no makeup time or instruction if a Student is late or misses a session.

Grading Criteria:

None. Non-credit workshop.
