About this event
In this workshop, you'll learn how to perform a 'guitar setup' and get to know the electronics inside your guitar. Come prepared to work with your hands, and each participant will also get a toolkit to take home, courtesy of the Rock'n Repair Shop!
This workshop is only for girls, trans, and non-binary young people ages 14-18.
Please bring your own electric guitar or bass guitar with you, along with an old bath/beach towel (to use as a mat while working on your guitar).
Dinner will be served at the workshop. If you have food needs or allergies that we should be aware of, please message us.
This workshop is free. If you would like to make a gift to Girls Rock! DC to support our programs for DC youth, you can do so here.
