This course introduced will introduce Lake County IL residents to essential digital skills:

Basic Computer Skills

Internet Safety Basics

Windows 11

Email Basics

Typing Practice

Additional details:

The class follows a two-week format, meeting three times a week

Sessions are going to be held on January 13th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st and 22nd. (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Class time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in)

Location: Job Center of Lake Couny

Address: 1 N Genesee St. Waukegan, IL 60085

You must be able to commit to 12 hours of learning time in order to successfully complete the class.

Participants receive a certificate and laptop upon successful completion of the course.
