Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation
This 3-day course teaches nurses the basics of how to interpret and treat cardiac arrhythmias at Hartford Hospital's Center for Education, Simulation and Innovation (CESI). The course consists of:
2 days of class are instructional with interactive classroom activities (must attend both days).
1 day consisting of homework/question review followed by a proctored (2 hour) exam.
*Should a participant not pass the initial exam, he/she instead will have the opportunity for 1 retest. In addition, we offer a 2 hour remediation session with an instructor prior to retesting.
All required materials, including a text book and calipers, will be provided as part of registration. Please note that you must pickup your book prior to the start of class in order to complete the mandatory pre-reading. After registering for this course you will be prompted to schedule a book pickup time.

What are my transport/parking options?
You will be granted access to our parking garage for the course. For book pickup you may use the driveway in front of our building(please let security know you are here for CESI).
Do I have to schedule a book pickup time?
Yes, we want to ensure that all our students have the correct textbook so we will require you to pickup your book and caliper from us prior to the first day of class. However, scheduling a book pickup time is easy and painless using our online scheduling form.
