Telaya and Viva Fitness Hub are partnering up to bring you Barre&Wine!

We'll start with a 50 minute, all levels barre class in Telaya's wine production space. Following the class, you'll have a choice between a glass of red or white wine to sit back & relax with.

Barre is a combination of yoga, Pilates & ballet inspired moves that will leave you sculpted & toned!

Please bring your own exercise or yoga mat to the class.
Tickets are $20 + tax and a small Eventbrite fee.
This event is 21+ only, don't forget your ID!

Stretch+Sip is a series of workout classes that Telaya hosts throughout the year. Class types and instructors vary, and each class ends with a glass of wine to enjoy by the fire with friends. Sign up for our email list to be in the know on upcoming classes!

Viva Fit is a locally owned boutique fitness studio that offers a variety of workout classes you can’t get anywhere else! They are located in central Boise & offer mini trampoline (rebounding), barre, Pilates, Buti Yoga & Yoga Sculpt classes! Their mission is to be your home away from home, & believe fitness should be FUN!
