Have you been wanting to try a barre class? Not sure how or when to start?

Our FREE Barre Code Basics workshop is designed to help you learn some of the movement fundamentals. Led by TBC Cincy's owner & instructor trainer, Michelle, this session not only gives you background on The Barre Code fitness philosophy, but also gets you moving in a safe, judgment-free environment.

Barre Code Basics emphasizes developing muscle stamina and endurance, using a slower tempo and simpler exercises to ensure a safe experience. This workshop is appropriate for ALL ability levels, but especially designed for those who want to learn the basics of our strength exercises while working at a more conscientious pace, breaking down form and technique for each exercise.

Socks are required for this class.
