San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Organized and hosted by Capital One's AdaptivePath.org
Started by the Institute of Design in Chicago, BarnRaise is a uniquely structured maker-conference that connects design firms, community-based organizations, and participants to address a social topic embedded in the Dallas/ Fort Worth community. Under the facilitation of a design firm, registrants will work in interdisciplinary teams to develop a user-centered understanding of a problem posed by a community organization and prototype viable solutions.
Each person involved in BarnRaise brings a valuable lens and skill set—as a whole we are stronger than the sum of our parts.
*Proceeds will be donated to the participating community organizations.
Can't commit to the whole weekend? Join us for the culminating event on Saturday, May 20. Get tickets here.
